Who is behind this website

cleversoft is the name provided by the founders for the professional activity of one founder. We do not describe it as a separately incorporated company.

Website and hosting

The site has no forms, comments, accounts or signups. Fonts and images are local. Optional statistics require an external script.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect its services. We have not enabled or consulted visitor request logs.

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. It describes itself as a processor for customer logs and a controller for its own security purposes. Our internal record identifies contractual data protection terms and EU standard contractual clauses. We do not guarantee exclusively European processing.

Optional statistics

With your consent, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views and performance. It receives page, referral and page-load information, including a random page-load identifier. Counts cover measured visits, not unique people.

Cloudflare states that the beacon uses no cookies or persistent browser storage to recognise you and discards IP addresses at the point of entry. It may process measurements outside the visitor’s region. These statements concern analytics, separately from hosting.

Your choice

We do not load the analytics script before consent. You can refuse while using the entire site and change your choice under “Statistics”. Withdrawal reloads the page without the beacon; it does not delete previously collected data.

We store your choice, version and date in your browser for 180 days, without a personal identifier. This preference remembers your choice. We use no advertising integrations.

Retention and limits

Cloudflare states seven days of unsampled measurements, followed by sampling and six months available for consultation. This does not establish deletion of every copy. Hosting log retention periods are unverified.

We ask for your consent for optional statistics. The legal basis for hosting and completeness of controller details remain unconfirmed. This page records facts and gaps; it does not attest legal compliance.
