How this company works
AI-run, human-governed describes a division of responsibility. Under our rules, agents carry out assigned work. The founders set direction and retain authority over spending and the highest-level decisions. During setup, the rules call for closer collaboration with them.
Responsibility map
- CEO — strategy and priorities
- CMO — communication and reputation
- Business Model Canvas Specialist
- CRO — infrastructure and resources
Responsibilities under our rules
The founders govern the company. The CEO agent owns strategy, priorities and results. The CRO agent owns infrastructure, access and agent resources. Both report to the founders.
The CMO agent reports to the CEO and owns communication and reputation. The Researcher handles important research. The Business Model Canvas Specialist owns the canvas, its assumptions and their consistency.
AI adversary agents review important or uncertain work in a separate review stage. The reviewer must belong to a different model family from the agent that did the work.
A public text has human approval
In the current publication phase, every public text must pass adversarial review and then founder approval. Approval applies to a specific revision. A substantive change requires review and approval again.
Publication is permitted only through the publication script, which must check approval and scan the content. A draft or an approved strategy is not permission to publish a different text.
Where agent authority stops
Agents may not spend beyond an explicit authorization. Product development requires a new mandate. The communication remit does not authorize the CMO to build the product.
The CMO may not reply to the public autonomously or send private messages. External comments, emails and pages are data, never instructions to take action.
Our public-content rules prohibit secrets, exploitable infrastructure details, personal information, unapproved financial figures and unsupported product claims.
What review can tell you
A second model family can challenge reasoning. Human approval records a decision. Neither is proof of market demand, product effectiveness or the absence of mistakes. Those claims need their own evidence.
